    Terri,
    Wow I am so proud of myself that I am already doing 4 out of five of the 5 strategies you mentioned. I will now add the exercise portion next. I think it is better to knock it all out in the a.m. to give yourself a sense of accomplishment. I am making gradual steps towards breaking soul ties with a draining individual that tries to thrown my morning routine off. It messes up the remainder of my day when I don’t get in the face of God first. It’s great to start off the day with a “yes spirit”. It really works.
